Thoughts

I couldn't live without telling this to the world. I might have let the minor mistakes (e.g. not knowing main characters names) slip by, but this was too much.

Do you know why the did not have Tonks sporting spiky pink hair? Because those kids who read this 870 page novel might confuse her with or mistake her for Umbridge.
Just for clarification:
Tonks - A 20 something woman with short spiky hair, usually a bright color. Wears ripped jeans and band t-shirts. Says "Wotcher" every five seconds. Is fine with werewolves. Hell, she's married to one! Doesn't put up with pure-blood mania. In the Order of the Phoenix. Likes Dumbledore and Harry Potter.
Umbridge - An uptight, sickeningly sweet, unreasonable, all-around psychotic Ministry Official. Wears pink skirts with matching cardigans, sometimes sporting a revolting Alice Bow. Does those little fake "Hem, hem" coughs to interrupt people Has a grudge against Half-Bloods, Muggle-borns, Half-Breeds, frauds, old people, witty people, Dumbledore, McGonagall, Hermione, Harry Potter. Basically hates anyone likable. Thinks the Order is made up of nut jobs.

I can definitely see why those two might be easily mixed up. Hell, I can't distinguish all that many differences!

More HP Moviemaker Mess-ups
- Harry Potter has green eyes. It has been mentioned 47 times to date.
- Albus Dumbledore has white hair. Has been mentioned 34 times to date.
- They couldn't figure out which house Tom Riddle was in.
- They didn't think that werewolves need fur. We're to hip for that!
- They don't understand that December comes before June, and that school ends in the latter.
- Hogwarts does have uniforms. Despite whatever Alfonso Cuaron may think.
- Hogwarts also has classes. And Quidditch. And Prefects. And Heads.
- Rita Skeeter isn't good enough to be in the fifth movie.
- Same goes for Lily Evans. Yes kids, Harry's mother DID interact with his father!
- Tom Marvolo Riddle is Voldemort's name, not the name of Voldemort's father.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT HOUSE I'M IN.

I've reagarded myself as a Ravenclaw, but lately I've been questioning that.  I got two B's in my report card, went down 15 points on level testing, and got a B on my English final.  Sure, I know the Eagles are all for wit, and tact, and learning, but come on, I'm losing my right to that description.

Hufflepuff: Hmmm, a noble choice. They produced Tonks, and Cedric. I suppose some of them are witty, and badgers are very cool animals.  But patientence and hard-working aren't excatly my strongest character traits.  Not to mention Hufflepuff is the only house that HASN'T produced someone evil and/or unbearable. 

Gryffindor: A little run-of-the-mill to tell the truth. Every little kid who is a fan calls themselves a Gryffindor.  I know the Potters, Sirius, Weasley family and others went through, but as readers we're meant to like them. And then again, Wormtail was a lion... 

Slytherin: Strangley enough, I like Slytherin. Sarcastic (just one step from witty), Cunning. Sounds like me! But there's that minor downput of almost every student having Death Eater Connections. Well, green and silver can always be my back-up.

Ravenclaw will probably still be my house, buI think I'll apply to hat_sorting anyway. I love the community over there, and it's the best community around.

    

As DH draws near, I figured that I'd make my first official blog a list of various thigns I believe will happen in the last book. My ships, what I think the Horcruxes are, Snape's loyalties, Voldemort's fate, the usual.

Voldemort's Fate
Lately, everyone has been all "Kill Voldy, he deseves it!" But I have different plans for everyone's favorite egomaniac.  Yes, I think he should become mortal, but I can do him one better. We should take away his magic and lock him in a room full of Dobby's or something. Sure, the plans not perfect yet, but I like it. 

Snape
Dumbledore's death was planned, making Snape good. Sure, he's a jerk, but a good jerk.

The Mirror of Erised
Im a bit of a Mugglecast fangirl, and am big on the whole books at opposite ends of the series paralelling each other and chambers in book one paralelling each book. I think the Mirror will definately reappear.

Oh and Harry will lose his scar somehow.

Hmm, it's strange how when you want to write something you can't put it into the right words, huh? Well, I guess this will have to do. 

I used to blog mainly on myspace, but I didn't like their format, it was a little to basic. So, I decided to make a Live Journal! Squee! 
Anyway, I love the setup here, even if it is bothersome sometimes. It takes up less time/effort, and I'm fairly certain the effect will be the same. A few veiws a day, unless its incredibly interesting, or Myspace and Youtube are shutdown. Yay American priorities! 

One of my weird quirks is that I ate filling out bios. People are more likely to read this anyway.

- Well, I'm allie (which is quite obvious from the username), and am a resident Arizonan.
- I'm also a teenager, so please pardon the spiels and rants, it's only natural.
- I happen to live for Harry Potter. This will become extremely apparent soon, don't worry.
